Emerging Leaders Advisory Council
Passion for Public Education Meets Purpose-Driven Leadership
The AEF Emerging Leaders Advisory Council is a dynamic network of rising professionals—ages 45 and under—who are passionate about strengthening Arizona’s public education system and gaining the skills and experience needed to serve on nonprofit boards. This next-generation leadership group is designed to cultivate civic-minded changemakers who want to meaningfully contribute to AEF’s mission while expanding their own leadership capacity.
Members serve as strategic advisors, bold ambassadors, and creative thought partners, bringing fresh perspectives from varied industries. They support AEF by championing its work within their professional and personal networks, offering targeted expertise, and helping unlock new funding streams and community partnerships. Whether brainstorming new program ideas, offering feedback on initiatives, or amplifying AEF’s story on social media, Emerging Leaders help shape the future of education in Arizona.
