The Arizona Teacher of the Year program not only celebrates these educators but also amplifies their voices as advocates for public education and the teaching profession.

Selected through a rigorous process, the Arizona Teacher of the Year and finalists receive state and national recognition, professional learning opportunities and the chance to represent Arizona at the National Teacher of the Year Program. Winners become ambassadors for education, sharing their insights and passion to elevate teaching practices and inspire future generations of educators.
