This training empowers teachers with strategies to recognize and celebrate student success in meaningful ways. Participants will explore practical approaches to fostering motivation, building confidence, and creating a positive classroom culture that highlights every learner’s achievements.

Presented by Rachna Nath who is a highly accomplished educator and entrepreneur who serves as Chair of the UNA-USA Educator Affinity Group and holds numerous prestigious designations including Fulbright Scholar, TIME Innovative Educator, NASA Solar System Ambassador, and National Geographic Educator. She has received exceptional recognition for her work, including TIME Top 10 Innovative Teacher, the Presidential Innovation Award for Environment Educators, and multiple other national and international honors. Her expertise has earned her an invitation to join ASU’s “Imaginary College” as an Honorary member alongside renowned figures like Margaret Atwood, and she has been featured in publications like Thrive Global and Authority Magazine as an inspirational woman in STEM. Through extensive grant funding from organizations like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, NSF, and Department of Defense, she mentors young entrepreneurs in grades 9-12, helping them patent their innovative solutions to real-world problems—resulting in 9 USPTO patents and 7 pending patents for her students.
