Equipping Your School for Workforce Development for Administrators

The session will provide a foundational look at what workforce development can look like in a K-12 setting—from integrating skill-building into instruction to building partnerships with local industries. Participants will reflect on their current school environments, examine existing frameworks and resources, and engage in collaborative discussions with fellow administrators. The session will also introduce practical strategies for supporting teachers, engaging families, and making career-connected learning part of a school’s culture.
