For over 40 years, the Arizona Educational Foundation (AEF) has celebrated public education and shared best practices across our state. The AEF Academy represents our next strategic step: creating a future where every educator and school leader feels valued, supported and inspired to reach their full potential. As a professional learning hub, the AEF Academy utilizes the expertise of award-winning Arizona Teachers of the Year, A+ School of Excellence faculty and Principals Leadership Academy administrators. It will be fueled by innovative initiatives like teachSTEM and Our World and offer a slate of new training designed exclusively for Arizona teachers and school leaders.
