Consistent desire to help students (not a lot of sage on the stage, especially in Math)
Educators are committed to little things being done to build sustainable relationships with students.

Student ownership of their campus was highly evident and positive.

Great example of making a big school feel small (relationships)
Maintained traditions through the years; traditions of excellence; legacy traditions and involving with the times
Career advisor (data driven), survey students in 9th grade vs 12th grade; pathway meetings
Student population is very diverse and the campus feel like a safe place, a place where all feel as they belong. Educators, students and parents all expressed this feeling; it's something they are most proud of.
ELL student population was vocal and indicated how much they have learned and feel as part of the school community."
